In order to provide our customers with the Transcend Platform services, Transcend uses certain third-party suppliers, subcontractors, and hosting providers. At Transcend’s instruction, some of these third parties may process customer personal data on your behalf in order to facilitate the Cloud Service (“Subprocessors“).
Transcend’s current Subprocessors for the Cloud Service are listed below.

Customers of the Transcend Platform may subscribe to notifications of new Subprocessors by sending an email to privacy@transcendplatform.com with a subject line of ‘New Subprocessor Notification Subscription’. Transcend shall provide notification to such subscribed Customers at least thirty (30) days in advance of any processing by a new sub-processor of Customer Personal Data (the “Objection Period”). During the Objection Period, the Customer may object to the appointment of the new sub-processor based on reasonable grounds relating to the processing of Customer Personal Data which it shall set out in writing to Transcend.
